General House Rules for the space
 

1. Respect the Space:

   • Treat the space with care and respect. Please keep it clean and tidy during your stay.

   • Do not move or rearrange furniture or décor without prior approval.
      

2. Noise Policy:

   • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and others in the area.

   • No loud music, parties, or excessive noise at any time without prior approval.
      

3. Guest Limit:

   • The maximum number of guests allowed is 80. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.

   • No overnight guests.
      

4. No Smoking or Vaping:

   • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the space. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas only.
      

5. Pet Policy:

   • Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been granted.

   • Approved pets must be supervised and not left unattended in the space.
      

6. Food:

   • Dispose of food waste properly and do not leave dirty dishes behind.
      

7. Trash and Recycling:

   • Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins provided.

   • Do not leave trash or recycling bags outside the loft.
      

8. Prohibited Activities:

   • No illegal activities, including drug use, on the property.

   • No activities that may damage the space or violate building regulations.
      

9. Check-In and Check-Out:

   • Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

   • Please leave the space in the condition you found it upon check-out.
      

10. Damage and Maintenance:

    • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or broken items immediately.

    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
       

11. Decor and Fixtures:

    • Do not nail, tape, or affix anything to walls, furniture, or fixtures without approval.

    • Use the space as intended and with care.
       

12. Parking:

    • Parking is available (if applicable). Use designated parking spaces only.

    • Do not park in the parking lot north of the building. Cars are allowed to park in the parking directly south of the building. Street parking is also available. 
       

13. Fire Safety:

    • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety devices.
       

14. Additional Rules for Events (if applicable):

    • Events must be pre-approved.

• Violating any rules may result in additional fees and/or immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
